Work Model: Onsite
Responsibilities:
- Direct interaction with customers for order acknowledgement and delivery schedule
- Order management from entering the order in SAP to the final shipment
- Maintain communications with HQ on delivery management through the complete logistical cycle from factory to customer
- Work closely with Sales Account Managers, Operations, Accounting, and Logistics
- Secure customer data to open new accounts or to incr
