Skillsoft is seeking an experienced Solutions Partner is a senior client-facing advisor and solution architect responsible for designing workforce transformation solutions that align business priorities, skills strategies, technology ecosystems, and measurable outcomes. This role combines consultative selling, technical solution architecture, value realization planning, and executive engagement to help customers solve complex talent, skills, leadership, compliance, and workforce development challenges.
In this role, the Solutions Partner will have the opportunity to own the end-to-end solution strategy and architecture throughout the customer lifecycle, ensuring alignment between customer requirements, technical feasibility, services design, implementation execution, expected business outcomes, and value realization.
