What You’ll Be Launching

As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you’ll own full-cycle recruiting for some of Slingshot’s most critical technical roles across Engineering and Technology. You’ll partner closely with engineering leaders to understand what their teams are building, translate complex technical needs into thoughtful recruiting strategies, and find exceptional talent in highly competitive markets.

This is not a role where you’ll simply take a job description and execute against it. We’re looking for someone who can become a trusted advisor to technical leaders
