The Purchasing Analyst keeps material flowing to our production line and field fleet. You will own the day-to-day purchasing cycle: turning demand into purchase orders, getting parts on the dock when they're needed, and keeping the system of record accurate enough for the rest of the company to trust. Reporting to the Purchasing Manager, you will know the status of every open PO and spot the shortage before it stops the line. This is a hands-on, onsite role in Norcross, GA. You'll join a company that is scaling production and replacing NetSuite with its own internally built ERP.
Responsibilities:
- PO execution: turn MRP output, build plans and field-service demand into accurate, on-time POs. Confirm, track and expedite them through receipt, and escalate shortages early with options.
- Shortage prevention: maintain a weekly runout report covering what we'll run out of next, when, and what's on
