VP, Product Management

The VP, Product Management leads Smarsh's product management organization across multiple lines of business, setting strategic direction and owning end-to-end delivery for the product portfolio. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, this leader translates corporate strategy into an executable, multi-year product roadmap; builds and develops a multi-layered team of Product Managers and Product Owners; and drives business outcomes — bookings, revenue, and market position — across the domains they own.

This specific role assumes full product leadership for an entire suite of products serving the SMB (small and mid-sized businesses) segment which is a huge growth area for Smarsh. Given the progress we are already making in delivering AI based features, this is a great opportunity for a seasoned product leader to further build on this foundation and deliver a product strategy and roadmap to drive further growth.
