About the Role As a Senior AdTech Engineer, you’ll play a key role in evolving a proprietary programmatic advertising platform, now in its third production version. The focus is on performance, reliability, and agentic processes for media buying. This is a backend-heavy role (80/20), where you’ll independently own a critical area, collaborate closely with a data scientist, and guide the wider engineering team. You’ll work alongside the CTO, balancing hands-on development with architecture and technical leadership.
