Credit and Accounts Receivable Officer

We’re looking for a Credit & Accounts Receivable Officer to take ownership of rebate recovery, turn complex data into clear insights and help strengthen the processes supporting our home electrification business. If you enjoy combining hands-on collections with analysis and problem-solving, this is an opportunity to make a measurable difference. The Opportunity 🚀 Reporting to the Collections Manager, you’ll play a key role in recovering outstanding rebate balances and keeping claims moving. You’ll investigate stalled claims, work with installers and external partners to resolve issues, and bring together data from multiple systems to give the business a clear picture of rebate performance. You’ll also help shape how we work - identifying bottlenecks, strengthening controls and introducing practical improvements that make rebate recovery faster, more accurate and easier to manage.
