The Enterprise Account Manager will be an exceptional communicator and relationship builder while also having strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in tools of the trade such as Excel. We need a determined solution-finder who is able to find win-win’s and is not deterred in the face of challenges.
The compensation for this position is $100,000-$150,000, plus performance bonuses.
What You'll Do
- Maintain high-touch relationships with 20-40 key insurance carrier accounts
- Be fluent in all account KPIs and other relevant business and relationship details
- Maximize each account through thorough preparation and focus on performance and opportunities
- Create win-win scenarios that meet account goals and Company objectives
- Turn difficult conversations into account wins
- Manage a regular status call cadence with each account
- Has, or will commit to gaining, a strong understanding of the ins
