What You’ll Do

As a Project Manager at Smartly, you’ll play a key role in bringing high-impact digital campaigns to life. You’ll own the end-to-end delivery process, working closely with cross-functional teams and clients to ensure everything runs smoothly, from first brief to final optimization.

In this role, you will:

• Own and drive the end-to-end campaign delivery process, from briefing and production to QA, launch, and reporting/optimization
• Oversee resource allocation and ensure efficient utilization across projects
• Collaborate daily with internal teams including Production, Customer Success Managers (CSMs), and other stakeholders
• Ensure all activities follow best practices and standard operating procedures
• Manage timelines and turnaround times (TAT), proactively flagging risks or delays to CSMs
• Lead communication across stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency throughout project delivery
• Conduct quality checks to ensure all creative outputs meet standards prior to final delivery
• Partner with CSMs to buil
