SmartPlay Early Learners Marsden Park (SP) is Christian Family environment aimed at providing high quality care and education in a Long Day Care setting. The services provide a 3 - 4 year old Pre Kindy Program and 4 - 5 Year Accredited Kindergarten Program.
SP is a child safe organisation, committed to ensuring the safety and well-being of children entrusted to our care. We demonstrate this commitment through embedding of the Child Safe Standards in culture, policies, procedures and practice. SP is committed to providing a positive, nurturing and safe environment where children are encouraged and supported in their strengths, interests, and emerging skills.
We’re praying for the right staff to come and join our casual pool, and we’re thankful that you would consider SmartPlay as a place where you will have meaningful relationships and do meaningful work. We would love to hear from Educators, Early Childhood Teachers, and any other Early Learning Centre roles.
Child Safety Requirements:
- Demonstrate a commitment to child safety
- Understand and commit to upholding and maintaining a child-safe environment
- Be able to demonstrate an understanding of child safe behaviours and practices
- Be able to demonstrate child safe values, behaviours and practices
- Able to describe the role and responsibilities of educators in keeping children safe and championing child safe
