Smartsheet is a fast-growing Software as a Service (SaaS) company seeking a Benefits Partner with a passion for data analysis and a dedication to empowering our team to make the most of their benefits. In this role, you’ll play a key part in administering our benefits, wellness, and leave programs, providing valuable support to help our employees succeed.
This role is remote-eligible in the US and will report to the Senior Manager of Benefits (Americas) located on the US West Coast.
You will:
- Lead the leave programs for the Americas (US and Costa Rica) including, but not limited to, internal consulting resource to HR and employees, managing company policies and programs; coordinating internal disability benefits with our third party vendor, and applicable statutory leaves
