What You’ll Do
- Lead family law cases from intake to resolution: divorce, custody, support, alimony, and paternity.
- Litigate family law cases from inception, to settlement or trial.
- Meet divorce clients with empathy and strong advocacy.
- Develop strategic case approaches through thorough research and analysis.
- Draft legal pleadings, motions, briefs, and court documents.
- Explain complex legal issues and support clients throughout their domestic re
