Weekend Motorsport Event Staff

The FAT Karting League’s mission is to make motorsport accessible to everyone by dramatically reducing the barriers to entry.

We run karting events across Stuttgart throughout the year, catering to drivers of different experience levels and creating a development pathway for ages 6–17.

We are looking for enthusiastic, hardworking individuals with a passion for motorsport to join our team for 2026. Even if you don’t feel you meet all the listed requirements but are eager to build a career in motorsport, we would still love to hear from you.

These roles will involve weekend work (Friday to Sunday), with the possibility of travelling to various karting circuits in and around Stuttgart.

Working Arrangement
All roles are offered on a self-employed (freelance) basis and are engaged on an ad hoc, event-by-event basis, primarily across race weekends.
This means you will not be employed directly by FAT Karting League and will be responsible for your own tax and social security obligations in line with local regulations.
We welcome applications from individuals already registered as self-employed or willing to operate on a freelance basis.
