Job Description

As a Product Designer at SMG Real Estate, you will play a key role in shaping and scaling products for real estate professionals and property seekers across Homegate, ImmoScout24, Flatfox, and our CRM tools for managing listings and enquiries. Your work will contribute directly to our core goals around customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.

In close collaboration with Product Managers, Engineers, Data Analysts, Sales, and other stakeholders, you will help uncover customer insights through discovery and research, and translate them into seamless, market-ready product experiences. You will design solutions that connect property seekers with listers to generate high-quality, qualified leads.

This role allows you to pioneer AI-native design methodologies and multi-brand design systems while contributing to our overarching goal of helping property seekers find homes faster and providing listers with high-quality qualified leads.
