Position Overview

Smoker & Company LLC is seeking an experienced and highly organized Individual Tax Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operations of the individual tax team in our Lititz, PA office. This role is responsible for supervising workflow, reviewing individual income tax returns, mentoring interns and seasonal staff, supporting client service, and helping the department meet quality, productivity, and deadline goals.
