What You'll Do

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for completing maintenance and repair work across our residential properties and company facilities.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance work orders professionally and in a timely manner
• Perform general repairs, including:
• Basic electrical work
• Plumbing repairs
• Carpentry and drywall repairs
• Painting and touch-ups
• General property maintenance
• Troubleshoot maintenance issues and determine appropriate solutions
• Perform preventative maintenance to reduce future repair needs
• Assist with exterior property upkeep and seasonal maintenance tasks
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment
