Position Overview
Smoker & Company LLC is seeking an experienced Tax Attorney with approximately 3–5+ years of relevant experience to advise individuals, closely held businesses, and business owners on a variety of federal, state, and local income tax matters, including tax planning, compliance, controversy matters, and related tax issues. This role focuses on planning, compliance support, legal research, notices, audits, appeals, collections, and other tax controversy matters, with particular emphasis on pass-through entities, including S-Corporations and LLCs.
