SATCOM/Network Operations Field Support Technician - EXWH

SMX is seeking an experienced Field SATCOM & Network Technician to support geographically distributed satellite communications (SATCOM) and network systems within the PACOM Area of Responsibility (AOR). This role requires expertise in the operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and logistics of SATCOM networks, as well as the ability to deploy to multiple sites on short notice. The successful candidate will provide technical assistance, logistics coordination, and security oversight to ensure mission readiness and support expeditionary communication requirements

This position requires an active DoW TS/SCI clearance which requires US citizenship for work on DoW contracts.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot geographically distributed SATCOM and network systems to ensure continuous, reliable operation
• Deploy to various locations within the PACOM AOR to provide technical expertise on tactical SATCOM systems, including Ka, Ku, X, L, and UHF SA
