That's why we're hiring a Chief of Staff.
This role exists to create leverage for the CEO and the company. You'll take on the nitty-gritty work that keeps the company moving, and you'll build the systems, workflows, and AI automations that make the whole team faster. You'll sit at the center of the company, working directly with the CEO and across every function to identify what's slowing us down and fix it.
