About the Role
The Operational Risk Senior Officer supports the development, implementation, and management of operational risk policies and frameworks. Monitors operational risks and KRIs, analyzes incidents, and monitors mitigation strategies. Works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance, enhance risk controls, and contribute to business continuity planning and reporting.
What You’ll Do
- Assist in the development and implementation of the Bank’s Operational Risk Management Framework.
- Active participation in the design, implementation and monitoring of the Risk & Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) Methodology.
- Monitor and assess IT and cyber-related operational risks in alignment with EBA Guidelines on ICT and Security Risk Management and the Digital Operational Resilience Act.
- Contribute to the preparation of operational risk regulatory reporting, including COREP OpRisk templates and periodic supervisory submissions to the Bank of Greece.
