The role
Retail Loan Officers (RLOs) are key drivers of SoFi Lending Corp.’s mortgage sales organization. RLOs are responsible for delivering an exceptional, end-to-end customer experience by guiding members through the mortgage origination process and providing a modern, transparent alternative to the traditional mortgage experience.
