The Role:
The CTO Business Operations team enables SoFi’s Engineering, Product, and Design (EPD) organization to execute with operational rigor, financial discipline, and organizational clarity. We build and run the people-data pipelines, internal org tooling, and operating cadences that turn complex workforce and resource data into clear operational systems for the CTO and EPD leader
