The Role…
At Soho House, as a Fitness Coach you will be responsible for delivering dynamic, engaging, and results-driven fitness support to our members. You’ll offer personalised coaching, lead group classes, and promote a culture of health, performance, and wellbeing within a luxury environment.
You will play a vital role in supporting members' goals - whether that’s strength, conditioning, weight management, or general fitness—while upholding the club’s commitment to premium service and discretion.

Key duties…
- Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions tailored to individual member goals, fitness levels, and preferences.
- Lead high-quality group fitness classes (e.g. HIIT, strength, circuits, mobility) in a safe and motivating environment.
