Group Analysis & Insight Director

The Role..

The Group Insight & Analysis Director is a new senior leadership role created as part of Soho House's Commercial Finance transformation, established to sit at the forefront of AI-enabled applications within Commercial Finance. The role establishes a dedicated, specialist insight and analytics capability, moving Commercial Finance away from transactional reporting and towards forward-looking, AI-enabled insight that drives trade performance and shapes decisions across Membership, Food & Beverage, Rooms, Health & Wellbeing and strategic space planning.

This is a value- and growth-oriented role. The Director will drive trade initiatives through forward-looking insight, and will own and manage key, critical projects across the business — including pricing, cost management and other growth plans — supporting initiatives such as labour scheduling projects and trade-driving programmes.
