The Role… 

At Soho House, a Health Club Host is the face of the fitness area, providing a warm welcome, excellent service, and continuous support to ensure members and guests enjoy a clean, safe, and motivating workout environment

Your main responsibility is a blend of hospitality and operational support — helping members feel at ease, offering guidance on equipment, and ensuring the gym floor is immaculately maintained.

Key duties…

  • Welcome every member by name and guest with open arms and in a hospitable manner.  
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.  
  • Provide basic guidance on equipment usage and club rules when needed (not personal training unless qualified) 
  • In real-time ensure that any member related concerns are addressed and action items have been set, and management team have been notified.  
  • Build relationships with members and guest. Communicate red flags and positive feedback to management and wider team.  
  • Ensure the gym floor is clean, orderly, and safe at all times — including wiping down machines, restocking towels, and managing equipment placement&l
