The Role…
At Soho House, a Maintenance Technician you will be responsible for the daily upkeep, safety, and efficient operation of the club’s facilities. Your role ensures that all building systems, equipment, and infrastructure are functioning properly, supporting a comfortable and safe environment for members, guests, and staff.
You will respond to maintenance requests promptly, perform preventative maintenance tasks, and work closely with the wider operations and housekeeping teams to maintain high standards across the property.

Key duties…
- Carry out general repairs and preventative maintenance on plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and structural systems.
- Conduct daily inspections of key areas, ensuring systems are operating efficiently and safely.
- Respond promptly to maintenance-related tickets and member or staff requests.
- Maintain detailed records of repairs, servicing, and scheduled maintenance.
- Monitor heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), lighting, and water systems for proper operation.
