Solcoa is building the next generation of American metalmaking, starting with rare earths — the metals of power and motion. We've developed a new chemistry that converts rare earth oxides into high-purity metals — the materials inside every EV, fighter jet, wind turbine, and data center — cleaner, cheaper, and faster than any conventional process. Now we're scaling it to thousands of tonnes of annual production.

The Role

Keep our lab, facility, and office running so our engineers and researchers can focus on making metal. You’ll own the daily operations that keep materials organized, shipments moving, equipment ready, and the facility safe and functional. We’re looking for someone who notices what needs doing, builds simple systems, and follows through.

What You’ll Do

• Track and organize feedstock, chemicals, fabrication materials, equipment, and consumables. Maintain accurate inventory, clear storage locations, and reorder levels.

• Manage shipping and receiving, including deliveries, pickups, incoming inspections, and shipment records.

• Handle purchasing and vendor coordination: source supplies, compare quotes, track orders, and resolve shortages before they interrupt work.

• Coord
