About the role
We’re growing our Dublin engineering hub and hiring a Staff Engineer to be our technical lead in EMEA. You’ll own key product areas, set architecture and quality bars, and grow a small local team. You’ll sit close to customers; jumping on calls, validating metrics, and shaping what we build based on real conversations.
What you’ll do
Lead technical direction in Dublin: set architecture, reliability, and performance standards; make trade-offs explicit; keep the bar high.
