Our client is a rapidly growing AI infrastructure company whose computing systems and cloud services support demanding AI workloads. Following a successful recent initial public offering, it is expanding its global data center footprint to meet growing demand for compute. The company seeks a Managing Counsel - Data Center & Infrastructure to lead major data center acquisitions and development transactions. Working with the Global Data Centers team, this attorney will structure and negotiate complex deals, including financing components, and manage long-term infrastructure relationships. This visible, hands-on role offers ownership of transactions central to the company’s growth and the opportunity to take on broader strategic responsibility as the business expands.
