Senior Commercial Counsel – Remote (991-SLS)

Our client, an innovative publicly traded cloud infrastructure and AI compute company in an exciting stage of growth, has exclusively retained Solutus Legal Search to assist in its search for a Senior Commercial Counsel. Reporting to the Associate General Counsel, this attorney will serve as a key legal partner to the company’s sales organization, negotiating sophisticated commercial agreements and helping build a scalable go-to-market legal function. This is a high-impact role within a small, dynamic legal team at the forefront of cloud computing and artificial intelligence. The attorney will work closely with sales leadership and senior stakeholders across the business on complex transactions while helping develop the processes and tools needed to support continued growth.
