Senior Corporate Counsel, Data Centers and Infrastructure - Remote (996-SLS)

Our client is an innovative, publicly traded cloud infrastructure company that enables developers and businesses to build and scale applications, including increasingly sophisticated artificial intelligence workloads. As the company continues to grow, it seeks a Senior Corporate Counsel, Data Centers and Infrastructure to lead the high-value transactions that support the physical foundation of its global cloud platform. Reporting to the Associate General Counsel, this attorney will join a small, collaborative legal team and serve as a key partner to the company's data center, procurement, engineering, operations, finance, tax, security, and compliance teams. This is a high-impact opportunity to take ownership of complex infrastructure projects in a fast-moving technology business.
