Compensation (Draw / Commission):
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $160,000 - $280,000 + / year

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Service Director for Mercedes Benz of McKinney. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations of the service department, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and leading the team to achieve performance goals.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the service team, including service advisors and technicians, to maintain high levels of performance and customer service.
- Develop and implement service department processes to optimize efficiency and workflow.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of service documentation, including repair orders and warranty claims.
