Position Title: Construction Laborer

Position Summary:
The role of the Construction Laborer is to perform physical labor tasks at construction sites in accordance with company and industry safety rules and operating procedures.

 

Pay Range: $22/hour to start + overtime

First year average: $55k - $60k annually

$10,000 annual incentive for Class A Drivers

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in the loading/unloading of equipment and supplies needed for daily work assignments, setting up of worksite traffic and safety controls and properly securing work area.
• Hand dig with shovels, picks, digging bars to expose located utilities, access underground vaults and pedestals, and complete trenches.
• Operate jackhammers, air knives, pneumatic boring equipment (compressors & missiles) and powered tools.
• Place conduit and/or cables in trenches, splice conduit sections (install couplers) as directed, pedestals, vaults, etc. to complete construction tasks.
• Fully restore work
