本ポジションは、ServiceNowを活用した従業員向けデジタルエクスペリエンスの向上を支えるポジションです。
日本を主要担当領域とし、地域のステークホルダーやグローバルのServiceNowプラットフォーム、プロダクト、サービスチームと連携しながら、Employee Center Proの運用と改善を推進します。
グローバルで定められたプラットフォームの方針や標準をベースに、日本のビジネスニーズや利用実態とのバランスを取りながら、一貫性があり、かつ地域に適した従業員体験を実現していきます。必要に応じてAPAC地域のステークホルダーも支援します。
