At Sony Music Entertainment, we’re not just part of the music industry - we’re leading it. Here, you’ll be part of a global, collaborative community that’s constantly evolving, innovating, and shaping what’s next.

This is your opportunity to contribute meaningfully, while gaining a unique, end-to-end understanding of how a major music company operates—from financial decision making, to artist payments and beyond.

The Royalties & Finance (R&F) department at Sony Music is split into two main operational areas – Central R&F, and Label R&F.

There are two roles on offer in each of the R&F teams meaning four roles in total across central and label R&F giving fantastic opportunities for individuals who are analytical, curious, and eager to understand the bigger picture behind the music.
