Job Description
Reporting to the Director, Touring - ANZ & International Markets, the Executive, Touring ensures the seamless execution of touring merchandise operations across all live events. This role manages end-to-end logistics, inventory accuracy, and on-site staff coordination while acting as a key link between internal teams and external partners. You will be responsible for driving operational efficiency and maintaining high levels of service and presentation to deliver an exceptional fan experience.
What you'll do:
Tour Logistics and Operations
- Assist with day-to-day touring merchandise operations, ensuring seamless execution across all shows,festivals, and live events
- Coordinate end-to-end tour logistics, including advancing stock deliveries and collections with venues, promoters, and logistics partners
- Advance shows with venues and concession partners, ensuring alignment on space, staffing, and operational requirements
- Provide on-the-ground support at shows and events where required, including merchandise coordination and physical handling of stock where required
