Laboratory/Administration Assistant
Objective of the function
- To assist in the general administration and lab service of the Facility
Responsibilities/Duties
General
- Maintain filing and archiving system for customer orders, certification, dispatch documents and process batch records
- Perform any other duties as directed by the Management Team
- General bookkeeping
- Ad hoc tasks
Lab Related
- Sending and archive laboratory reports
- Packing of products for sterilization with verification dose or similar
- Packing utensils for autoclaving
- Emptying and washing of bottles etc.
- Media preparation
- General housekeeping including cleaning
Ad hoc tasks
Authority:
- Reports to the Laboratory Manager & Study Director
Requirements:
Knowledge/Education and Training:
- Word (essential) and other Microsoft Office application (preferred)
Experience:
- Not necessary – training will be provided
Skills:
- Good organizational and communication skills
