BENEFITS ANALYST
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Administer health and welfare benefits, including medical, dental, vision, flexible spending accounts, life, and disability
- Counsel employees on plan options, eligibility, life events, and coverage questions by email, phone, walk-ups, and drop-in sessions
- Support annual open enrollment, including communications, system setup, employee questions, and vendor coordination
- Partner with carriers and vendors on eligibility, claims issues, billing, and plan administration
- Serve as liaison with HR Business Partners, Payroll, Legal, and other stakeholders on benefits matters
- Ensure benefits programs remain compliant with applicable federal, state, and local requirements
- Identify, recommend, and implement benefits process and program improvements
- Support wellness and related employee benefit programs
