CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT (STARSHIP PAD BUILD)
As a critical member of the Starship team, you will supervise and lead a team of laborers and contractors to support the construction and activation of infrastructure for a variety of projects in Starbase, TX.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee and own the day-to-day site management of a fast-paced, high-impact construction project, including the responsibilities below:
- Manage a team dedicated to construction site logistics/operations, including work schedules, project progress, and resource allocation
- Plan, implement, and enforce construction site logistics to enable broader project goals and schedule
- Manage SpaceX construction assets (trailers, portable restrooms, rental equipment, etc.)
- Implement and enforce SpaceX safety policies; drive the safety culture on the jobsite through contractor and internal partners
