EMPLOYEE EXPERIENCE COORDINATOR
The Employee Experience Coordinator will be responsible for creating a positive and productive work environment that enhances employee satisfaction, engagement, and overall experience. The role will support strategies that improve workplace culture with a focus on activities, processes, systems and programs, and ensure employees feel valued and supported throughout their employment journey. We are looking for someone detail-oriented, analytical, and excited to help our employees thrive at SpaceX.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with the strategy, development and execution of all Employee Experience activities & initiatives at SpaceX (including onsite events, SpaceX Communities, speaker series, and mentorship programs, etc.)
- Coordinate event logistics for holidays & business milestones (SpaceX Anniversary, Veterans Day, Halloween, etc.) including vendor coordination, setup, RSVPS and onsite execution. Trav
