MATERIAL FLOW TECHNICIAN (STARSHIP)

Material Flow Technicians are focused on setting up physical processes and system configuration to support new production cell and materials layouts, as well as continuous improvement. They are skilled with understanding material flow principles including lineside presentation setup, dense storage solutions, efficient carts and racks for material movement and packaging standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Set up new material flow processes and part presentation for new build cells according to general material flow standards and engineering designs, including both physical infrastructure and system configuration
• Focused on the efficient implementation of material flow engineering designs, skilled at all the tasks relevant to setting up material flow processes including layout implementation, racking and floor location setup, part labeling, building carts for material movement, slotting small parts into gravity flow racking to drive operat
