ONBOARDING SPECIALIST
As an Onboarding Specialist, your contributions will ensure the Onboarding Team can consistently provide high-quality social and developmental experiences to all new SpaceX employees. Your efforts will ensure we can maximize the Onboarding Team's impact on new hires, helping them become great SpaceX employees quickly. We are looking for someone detail-oriented and outcome-focused.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Help manage and scale the company’s domestic onboarding program
- Lead design, development, implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement of orientation and onboarding programs with innovative strategies and tools
- Partner with stakeholders across the company to update all new hire information for current company practices and policies
- Develop and act on a deep understanding of internal onboarding-related systems (Workday, Jira, Greenhouse, etc.) <
