PRODUCTION COORDINATOR, TOOL AND DIE - LEVEL 4/5
The Tool and Die Production Coordinator plays a vital role within SpaceX’s manufacturing and production teams. Production Coordinators work in support of all insource manufacturing leadership staff to ensure the on-time delivery of components and assemblies through the insource manufacturing process.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and execute the demand planning process for “Make” components, with primary focus on Tool & Die and CNC Machine Shop part flow, while ensuring timely fulfillment of customer requirements for Tool Assembly
- Monitor and track the bill of materials in MRP systems for the product scope to ensure on time assemblies
- Execute purchasing transactions within scope by issuing purchase orders for SpaceX tool and die programs and ensure on-time delivery
- Maintain product master data and develop expertise in all
