RECRUITING COORDINATOR (STARBASE) - TEMPORARY
As a Recruiting Coordinator at SpaceX, you drive recruiting logistics, process efficiency, and partnership with recruiters and hiring teams for Starbase hiring. You will align with recruiters on candidate profiles, track hiring-program performance, support administrative hiring work, and participate in recruiting events or sourcing.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage recruiting logistics by coordinating between recruiters, recruiting coordinators, and the hiring team
- Partner with recruiters to align on the ideal candidate profile and help identify top talent through interview support, events, and sourcing as needed
- Process contractor conversions and support related hiring-process administration
- Drive program management to measure and track hiring efficiency for the assigned scope or core area of focus
