SUPERVISOR, CRANE OPERATIONS (MAINTENANCE & SERVICE)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead a team responsible for all facilities crane and elevator operations to ensure zero unplanned interruptions of services to employees and customers.
- Coordinate the planning, budgeting, scheduling, and scope of work enforcement for facilities crane operations and elevator services.
- Develop and administer an effective and efficient preventative maintenance program.
- Open, track, and resolve electronic work tickets on SpaceX’s custom work order system.
- Provide leadership, conduct annual performance reviews, and manage subordinate technicians.
- Consult with production engineering and facilities construction for required crane systems.
- Prioritize tasks and projects effectively to drive department efficiency and eliminate blockers
