SPAR Kinsale (Pearse St) require a Full-Time Assistant Manager to join their fantastic team.
Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations
Provide outstanding customer service and resolve customer queries or complaints
Supervise, train, and support team members to achieve high performance standards
Ensure shelves are fully stocked, clean, and attractively presented
Monitor stock levels, place orders, and minimize waste and stock loss
Manage cash handling, tills, and end-of-day reconciliations
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
Monitor sales performance and contribute to achieving store targets
Previous retail supervisory or management experience is required
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent customer service and communication abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Good numerical and organisational skills
Experience with stock control, merchandising, and cash management
