Job Summary The Plant Training Coordinator is responsible for training, development, and retention for new manufacturing hires entering the Company and continuing education of hourly production associates. The Plant Training Coordinator will develop and implement annual learning plans for ongoing training needs, and work with the Sr. HR Manager and Plant Leadership Team to identify specific training gaps. Training and development directly impact retention of team members at the facility, therefore the Plant Training Coordinator must be innovative and creative in the role for process improvement and be a representative of the One Spartech culture.
