Summary:

Spear Bio is seeking a top-performing Business Development Manager to introduce and sell our Custom Assay Services clinical business. You will promote Spear Bio's value proposition, and support the application and adoption of our best-in-class custom assay solutions in the Life Sciences and IVD markets. This includes:

· Prospecting for Key Customers and Opinion Leaders to secure projects where Spear Bio solutions are a best fit and offer high value; bringing these opportunities to our technical leader to help build out project specs and act as technical lead with the customer to deliver a successful outcome.
