Reliability Head
Role Description
Responsible for Asset Reliability activities including Predictive Maintenance (PdM) in Process Industries and Renewable Power with the objectives of safely, efficiently, and effectively monitoring performance, detecting anomalies, predicting equipment health and performing root cause analysis & recommendations through a variety of techniques including physics/engineering, AI/ML and GenAI. Responsible for supporting the development of Spector.ai’s reliability & predictive maintenance solution. This role requires an extensive knowledge of a wide variety of equipment types – both rotating and static, experience in applying maintenance reliability engineering and FMEA, and understanding of CBM and PdM techniques to monitor the equipment health and identify failures before they occur.

Leverage industry experience, equipment knowledge and software know-how to support the delivery of world class reliability enhancement & predictive maintenance solution to worldwide clients.
Primary responsibility is to provide leadership for the maintenance reliability engineering and FMEA, assessing sensors tags and various documents from customers, explaining the equipment ontology and operational behavior
