At Sploot, new graduates in Salt Lake City start with CAMP (Coaching And Mentorship Program), a structured, one-on-one mentorship pathway that builds the clinical skills, confidence, and efficiency to practice independently, with a fully staffed nursing team and experienced doctors beside you every step of the way.
